Failed to tune

Hi I have installed WooshBuild on my Zgemma Star 2s and everything has installed fine but I am getting Failed to tune Sky UK on tuner B.

I have one cable going into Tuner A and the second going into LNB in.

Tuner configuration

Tuner A:

Configuration Mode: Simple

Mode: Single

Satellite: 28.2E

Send DiSEqC: No

Force Legacy Signal Stats: No

Tuner B:

Configuration Mode: Simple

Mode: Single

Satellite: 28.2E

Send DiSEqC: No

Force Legacy Signal Stats: No

(Have even tried Tuner B Equal to Tuner A and still the same error message)


How can I sort this?

Any help appreciated

have you checked signal finder?
have you done a network test?

Yes to both and all is good, SNR is about 90% and the network test all green ticks.

Have you tried disabling Tuner A and seeing if you get a signal with only Tuner B enabled - will prove the Tuner, Cable, LNB etc is good.

you can try swapping the cables over from one socket to the other and try another scan...did it work before?
what version of wooshbuild are you using? - infinity?

Just put Tuner A to not configured and done a signal finder and Tuner B is SNR 87%

Tried changing the cables around and still the same error, used to work with no problems and then for about the last 2 weeks getting error Failed to tune Sky UK on tuner B. Am using WooshBuild Infinity
