File Missing error message on Catch up

Hi
I have a paid subscription on a brand new Mag322 but whenever I try to use catch up the program starts but after about five minutes it either goes back to the start of the program or back to the menu screen with an error message 'file missing'
Is this a provider issue or a box set up issue?

Yes I did and amazingly enough or as usual with them its not their fault its the box then they realized that the box was brand new and said they would look into it.
Its been amazing that for every issue I have had its never been the providers fault, they are the worst provider I have ever known and their customer service is non existent Guess who wont be using them again???
