filezilla connection problems

Hi all,
i have a zgemma h2s but cannot get it connect with filezilla client,coreftp or dreambox centre.
All network connections are green,ip address on box correct but cant connect to the above.
Probably simple but not to me.
Any help would be much appreciated.

On your box press Menu, Info, Network to get the IP of your box.
Inn Filezilla Enter your IP in the Host box, Username is Root leave Password blank

Believe it or not sky had blocked it,I now have a connection.
I now go through my lads gaming network
