**first time v8s user help please**

Hi guys I'm completely new to this, purchased a V8S, plugged it in, Ethernet cable and all, however only recieving free channels all sky channels are scrambled.

DHCP is ON & also I've typed in the cccam details which I was given (now a green tick with "online") however still only recieving free channels

Any help appreciated!

Yes I turned box off at plug then on again! Not done a channel search yet I don't think.

Is it worth me downloading a ch list to USB ??

I bought a v8s 6 weeks ago and have not installed a channel list just edited the list myself replacing the ones that don't work with ones that do
