freezing/glitching

hi guys looking for some help, current setup is zgemma h.2s, running wooshbulid.ive been having alot of freezing lately.
things ive tried

reset router
reset box
autoboutiqe search
signal test top bar 100% bottom 95%

my internet connection is 20mb so plenty fast enough.
what i have noticed in softcam pannel when looking at ecm times, when freeze occurs the info at the bottom left changes to no ecm data, then comes back and channel continues
i have spoken to my provider and he is changing the lines to multi lines he says this should help, does anyone have any more input

you could try a new mg_cfg file from downloads if you're using mgcamd 1.38? I can't see how the server adding more connections to it is going to help if it is on the server end.

The server is over subscribed & you are 100% being fobbed off here buddy, simple as that.
