FTA works on exisiting sly box but not on Zgemma with Woosh v5?

Hi, ive flashed a zgemma 2s with Wooshbuild v5. uploaded cam, works a dream!

Mate has got it home and shows no signal on signal finder, no FTA channels?

The mystery is I don't get why FTA works on existing sly box at his, using the same twin cable, and I don't get FTA on the Zgemma?

What is the min amount of signal the Zgemma boxes need? I am going to borrow a mate's signal meter and check the dish and think a tree line may be an issue but don't get why the sky box still works? What are all those settings regarding tuner and transponder about?
 
Zgemma won't work on sky q LNB unless request a hybrid LNB by saying you use a freesat box in another room say
 
Satellite company in question are clamping down on giving out hybrid LNB's.
Just a warning, personally I'd buy one as not to alert them to any potential unauthorised use of a non sly receiver.
