H2S Audio Problems

Hi all, just flashed my H2S box and all went to plan, picture on all channels works fine but i have no audio what so ever. When selecting audio on the remote i am presented with the screen shown below, and i am unable to change the AAC option from the 'X' shown. Any help will be appreciated.

Is this on all channels or just iptv

Siilver, thanks for the quick reply. It is IPTV, it is not connected to any other receiver, i only use it for IPTV

Because it is IPTV channel it is only carrying one audio stream.

Mess with the red and green buttons and see if you get audio then. You may need to restart your box after pressing one button to see if it makes any difference.

Wooshman, Thankyou for the reply. this did not work, i will try it on a few other devices/different HDMI cables and let you know if i have any luck. Thanks

Volume's not down on the box or TV is it?

You did try turning the volume up didn’t you? I had issues in the past where box volume would randomly go to 0 .

volume on both the tv and box on full and no sound.

can you try it on any other devices?

Tried it again on two different tvs and still no sound

Try a different HDMI lead if you haven't already.

If that doesn't work, then I think it is flash your box time.

Have you had sound before?
Does sound work when using IPTV Player?
Is this the first IPTV you have used on the box?
