H2s sucmnsee error

I've got a new H2s and flashed it with sucmnsee image, everything was ok until I went to add my line and connected filezilla.
I got a response of "Critical error could not connect" and "500 OOPS vsftpd not found:directory given in secure chromite dir:/var/share/empty".
A few moments later on my tv screen it showed a long error log/message saying it needed to reboot because of software error and mentioned "swapfile".
This has now happened about 3 times on me.... Anyone know what's going on.

Sorry I'm new to this but not sure what you mean out of network.....
Since I posted I've tried a few things by trying openvix as well as the latest open a tv and still get random crashes.....once it crashes there's no way of connecting to the box through ftp unless I reflash the box.
I'm coming to the conclusion the box is faulty
 
Factory reset router (not restart) then reflash box you must have opened ports on the router or setup a no iP account I was getting the same issues when I was trying to setup outside of network
