h3 tc will not boot

hi can any one help me my box will only boot to 49% after an update this morning ive tride to reflash the box and it will still only boot to 49% any help would be grate

had same problem as you reflashed box then it was ok avoid updates

You've probably sorted it now as this post was a while ago.. but on reflect i would.
First of all reformat the flash drive to fat32 then drag the zip folder with the image onto the flash then extract it / then delete the zip
then insert into the zgemma box.
See how you go with that....
They can be a funny thing..... if you've already tried it just ignore my post....

what firmware you flashing the box with?

got it sorted in the end have to make sure the usb stick is fresh formatted to fat 32 and you unpack the bild from a zip first don't think winzip likes to put it straight to a stick
