H5.2tc channels freeze/lost sporadically.

Hi everyone,

I'm using a vm line on my Zgemma H5.2tc. The box is running Openatv 2.3 and Wooshbuild infinity.

I noticed a couple of weeks ago when watching a vm paid channel, that the channel occasionally freezes and then all paid channels stop working. Freeview channels still work when this happens. If I leave the box alone for 10-15 minutes the channels come back. However, if I restart the box the channels come back instantly.

I reflashed the box a few days ago but noticed the problem again today. I doubt it's an issue with my broadband (with vm) as the internet is always working fine when the channels aren't.

The box is only 4-5 months old.

Any ideas what I can do/test, to try and figure out what's causing this?

Try a test line it well may be your provider

double check the version of ATV I assume you mean 6.3 not 2.3
