On the last couple of days I'm noticing that when I'm scrolling the channels if I click too many times on the remote to keep scrolling the list of channels the decoder freeze/get stuck on the list of channels and I'm unable to do anything for about 5 minutes after that it works again but it's so frustrating because recently it's happening a lot of times... Please let me know if there is a way to speed up the decoder because I can't handle these freeze everytime... The box has the wooshbuild v7.

have you tried new batteries in the remote? - low batteries can cause erratic behaviour
Oh ok thanks i just put new batteries and for now it didn't freeze I will test it more... but how could a battery cause freeze on the decoder?

Because it may be sending several commands at once, like I said low batteries can cause erratic behaviour
Also, make sure the box is well ventilated and isn't in full sun - overheating can also cause these types of shenanigans
