Help login message and not connected

Hi, my subs run out today but I have already paid for 12 months but i am still getting a login message and not connected. can anyone help please?

ooops did you not bother to read the other starview threads,maybe a week or much much longer.

ive just read on another forum connected to starview that ther working on activations as ther having problems and ther trying to sort the problem out without shutting the system down for days as this would cause more upset. so ther trying to activate people without the need to shut the system down.all we can do is sit tight and hopefully they,ll sort it ,im in the same boat as you i paid 2weeks ago
