Help needed for a newbie with Zgemma Star LC

Help is very much appreciated.

I have a vm multiroom connection and wanted to experiment with a zgemma as iam interested in learning about how they work etc

I connected all the cables(rf in, lan, power ) and I initially got the message (SID not found in PAT). When i did a tuner search, the channels came on.

I had not used it for a couple of days and the channels which were originally scanned had the same error message and i had to rescan again. The channels came back on

I was going through the settings and there was an option where it said updates available. So i thought maybe installing the update would fix this. But little did i realise that iam gonna get stuck. The box is stuck in boot mode and having read up on it, looks like i might need too flash with a usd to ensure it completes the reboot. Unfortunately im stuck at that stage and need help please. I would need to know what i need to do to make it working please. The plug in look and feel i think is vix media and it says Red HD. Any help is much appreciated

put the image on to the usb, plug it in to the box and then the box will flash.
