Satellite Help stuck on red light.

Hi I have my receiver Zgemma- star h1 with red light stuck on the display any way to solve the problem?.

You don't give much info, but I assume it won't boot up. Not wanting to sound like a call centre adviser, but have you tried turning it off and on at the mains?

Thanks systemlord, yes I did everything. Just red light doesn't accept usb seems dead recever.

I have the box for ten days. After flash front panel show 00.But was working okay till yesterday.

So have you kept your line details safe ? if so I would do a low level format on a usb stick and stick a image on it , and see if the box takes it and you can get up running again .

Yes I kept my line details. But when I put the usb nothing happens.

But have you done a low level format , as you might need to as these boxs are a bit dodgy with USB sticks

my receiver was faulty. now being replaced H1. I like to flush it which Firmware is good. Any advise very appreciate.

If you do a bit of research and look at the the firmware threads you will get an idea , or even better flash them with the builds yourself then you can decided , simple .
