Help with free to air tv

ive just moved abroad and set up a dish with Zgemma h2s box getting my iptv ok ,but wife wants to watch fre to air channels without any buffering as internet a bit slow ,but they've disappeared help please as I'm getting earache

If its spain it will depend where you are
To determine what size off sattelite dish
You require to recieve free sat channels
