how to add cccam to Cloud Ibox 3

Hi everyone

I am struggling to put a cccam file to a "cloud IBox 3"and cannot find any instructions easily here

I have the file, and I have ftp'd this to Zgemma boxes previously but cannot access this box easily

Any suggestions or instructions that you can point me in the direction of.

Hi everyone

I have tried dream box control centre, and FileZilla and using up address and username is root I cannot gain access.

If I cannot access does this mean the box has had its passwords changed at down point?

The box has been bought by a friend and all set up other than the gift, is there an alternate way to install like usb perhaps
