How to convert a Youtube video to MP3

Hi All
Not sure if this has been posted before.
I use this alot.

It converts a Youtube video to an mp3 file.
Which can then be uploaded on to Itunes and then down to your Ipod.

Just paste the web link of the Youtube video in the web link below.
Hope this makes sense.
