How to get channels back on dm500s running commando 15.0d ?

I have a dreambox dm500s (clone I think) fixed dish, running commando 15.0d. All was working great but then recently I've lost a few $ky sports channels somehow! Can anyone help a newbie on how to retrieve these?? Thanks guys
 
Don't know that box but the freq's have changed, have you tried a new channel list or doing an automatic scan?
 
That's the thing, I'm not sure how! The dreambox dm500s doesn't have a usb slot so you can't update via a usb stick. I'm kinda hoping there's a way to do it via the remote control
