Images complete with settings

Hi guys,

Newbie here, this is probably a silly question but I'll ask anyway..

Is it possible to flash your box with an image which has all the settings already set up for you with just leaving ypu things like region to change etc?

Would save a lot of time and hassle, I'd imagine..

Yes there already available in the sticky section you just add usb/hard drive scan channels then epg.
