Ask your IPTV provider as they are the ones who create the EPG for their service. The other option is to use E-Channelizer on your computer and do it manually.

As Mentioned, this is down to your Provider to offer this and pass you the details.
If your provider is not or does not have this, BIN THEM!!! they are usueless

Try the Mayfair app, it costs but I've heard it's good for epg
