IPTV mac number

I'm using smart iptv on a Samsung blu-ray player
If I decide to change my iptv provider in the future,
does the mac number always stay the same? even if I have
to switch off my router for any reason

Yes the MAC address stays the same.

your mac address stays the same even if you change ip. the mac address is related to the hardware and nothing to do with your internet.
