Hi all,I’ve got two z gemma boxes for over a year with iptv subs from same supplier on both,as of this week one has stopped working all I’m getting is a black screen even though the iptv is active.iv’e taken the box that doesn’t work to 3 different houses to test and it works perfectly.i’m puzzled as to how 1 box works and the other doesn’t.any help would be appreciated

Ask provider to check if it's been ip blocked. It sounds like it has if it works at other houses but not yours.

Correct me if I'm wrong but IP lock only locks the mac code or username and password account while it is active so while you are watching a channel connected to your IPTV providers server regardless of network if you tried logging into your account on a different device and different network at the same time then your IP would be blocked.
