IPTV stop after 2 min

Setup:
Gigablue 800 service plus running TeamBlue
Xtreme editor 2.12 player set to exteplayer 5002
Service app set to exteplayer 5002

All my IPTV channels work but when I'm watching a channel it will go blank after 2 mins. If I change the channel it's back on. Any ideas ? No problem at all on the server side.
 
Try changing service tye to 4097 I think it is and see if it does it then a reboot of box router is there proof there's nothing wrong at server end have you spoken to your supplier to see if he has any idea why its doing it

Still does the same. Yeh server is ok as I've got another 4 lines on the same server
