Is my Box dead already??

Hi Guys,

I received my box today followed all the included instructions from the seller, i changed the skin and screen position settings and suddenly the sound stopped working. I then reset my box and now it wont start and i keep getting the following error, any ideas on how i can resolve the issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
 
Turn the box off.
Unplug everything apart from the HDMI and power cable.
Turn the box on and see if anything is different.
I'm interested in the mytest.py file, seems like that is the problem?


anyway try that and see what happens, if not probably worth reflashing the box , make sure you have a copy of your line before you do such thing :)

Thanks for the reply i have just tried what you suggested but still got the same error, unfortunately i don't have a copy of anything as the box came as plug and play, is there a way of getting my nline or will i need to contact the seller?

Thats to bad, Contact the seller saying the box has fallen over & you need a copy of your line. He should have a copy of it
