Jedi maker for iptv on e2 box no epg

Hi

Have jedi setup on my E2 for iptv and the fta virmin cable channels. The e2 box has Wooshbuild infinity and ATV 6.3.
I can only get epg for the fta cable channels not the iptv channels.
Could anyone please give any advice ?

Within EPGimport select and save your IPTV source. Then import that source.
If that does not work contact your supplier. Common issue and usually traces back to suppliers fault.

Tried that it said "no active sources found, nothing to do"
Should I contact my supplier then?

Did you press blue for sources select relavent sources green to save then yellow to run scan

Renaming channels is a big plus
