Kodi on cloud ibox 2+ ???

Right my box is all setup now, the only thing I'm missing is kodi to watch movies.

Can I just download kodi and drop it in my plugins folder or is there something more I have to do to get it up and running?

also would like to install TSpanel

can't help you with Kodi but tspanel is in downloads. download it and ftp it to temp folder, then on box its menu - setup - vix - local extensions, install

from looking around it seems xbmc on enigma2 is pretty basic with not all addons working, is this the case?

According to the xbmc I think kodi is replacing? And wonder if its now compatible with these boxs? Anyone who knows such mystical things tried?

I'm going to try my best to get this going, maybe only 5% to 10% of addons are only working.
As far as I know kodi can only be updated through ftp and can't be done on the box itself, I thought I would just be able to download kodi Linux from the kodi website and install it as it is Linux after all.
