KrptviewA780 factory reset

Hi I have a KrptviewA780 & it was working ok'sh until the last few weeks. I looked on here for advice & did a factory reset & I've now got 11 channels . I changed the quam to 256 which gave me 11 channels as before I only was getting 8. I'm not very technical . I would appreciate any help in this matter. I also don't have a computer only a tablet .

Yep,easily, but I wouldn't bother until it's back up
as you won't know if you have fixed it or not !! lol

Send it to me for a free repair..just cover postage... as you have a tablet but needs a null modem cable/9 pin port.. Ted

Sounds like your scanning on wrong network.eg. telew,ex c&w.. Do you get beeb and itv.. 1/8 or 1/11 is wrong network yours should be about 1/56 or more

Yeah I'm getting them. I played around again with it after reading your post & I've no idea what buttons I pressed or how I got to select region as it's never came up before. Selected my area & got a few more but majority ofthem are scrambled,I can only get sky movie's showcase no other sky movie's & sky sport's news no other sport's channels.

at the moment its the same for everyone ive had no sports or movies since the box came back on after xmas
