just checked and re scanned still nothing in wigan

daz what sw have you got i have the january sw, how are you scanning, try this unplug your router from your kryptview the do a rescan, then unplug your modem, turn off your kryptview from the back, then turn on your modem wait until lights are steady then turn on your router wait until internet lights up then turn on your kryptview making sure you plugged in your router to your kryptview ,put it on sky sports 1 and leave it for a while,this is how i do it hope it helps.

I have got these channels in Stoke :yes!:

Some Nick channels
Some Discovery channels
And Sky Sports 1.2.3

Hopefully the rest will filter trough soon.

i did not need to do anything shu23887, i have the january sw on my box , since the channels starting coming back up have done a rescan but no change, just getting the 3 sports channels and fx + couple of childrens channels.
well done daz glad you got it working.

daz,my box went off on saturday evening but came on sunday, think bobby 123 might be right, dont watch unless a game on so did not watch last night after the game finished, think they me having some problems with the server but be patient.
