Lan Connection Problem

My cloud ibox II plus has suddenly decided to stop connecting to the internet.

I haven't done anything to the setup either. I have noticed that when I turn the box on the green light comes on for the LAN port but goes off again after about 5 seconds.

It's wrecking my head. Any ideas on how to fix it or is the box knackered?

Done that. It makes no difference.

Light goes green for 5 seconds then It is two solid amber lights.

try using a different lan socket on the router. also reboot router.

Tried that. It's same. It must be a hardware issue.

Tried one last time and it's worked.
