Line problems

Hi peeps

Im having a problem installing a new line with the new firmware several I have tested aren't connecting at all...but I have some that ARE connecting but still no channels coming through...provider has no idea why. Anyone else have this prob??

are you using a cable nline=newcamd / mgcamd only?

Only? well I still have a VM cable connected and ethernet cable and I have a couple of trial lines. Do I need some other piece of kit?

Have you data reset, then cable scan on correct provider and correct net ID

Yes updated firmware, did a factory reset did a rescan, all the FTA channels are working fine, put the line details in then hit the active but it went from not connected to connected........but no difference

are you on the latest update,cant keep track of updates on kv boxes.

yes Cactikid I am...but I got it sorted...think it must have been a reseller or something...got 2 different trial lines tonight and both work a treat....cheeers mate :-)
