lost my channels

i recently performed an update to try and resolve the issue of having no sound on bt sport, after performing the update i recieved the "scrambled channel" message on all of my sky channels.

i contacted my provider and he told me i need to re enter my cline.

i took a look at the tutorial on here and i cant seem to get it to work. i need to re enter my cline info onto my cccam.cfg file. i have no idea how to edit this file, how can i find it? i was told to try filezilla but i cant find my boxes host username and password information.

im really strugling with this anyone have any ideas how i can acces and edit my cccam.cfg file?

There was no need to update to fix BT Sport channels a rescan should have fixed it.

The software update installed most likely is not 9991 patched software but taken from Blade Media, go to any channel press 9991 if nothing happens you have installed the wrong software. Look at the sticky at the top of this section for the patched software.
