Mag 256 Freezing

Have a brand new 256 which keeps locking at the inner portal menu.
Can not select any channels or settings, just have to pull the power.
Any ideas if this is a model issue?

Yep, its all setup fine. This is when you've come from stnadby to watch TV. It won't move up to scroll channels etc and will go over to setting but then fully freeze up

Could be s software issue. If its a new 256.. return it . If not reflash..
I had problems regards 256.
It's favourite trick was rebooting halfway through a movie or unresponsive remote .until I pulled the plug out..

Yeh brand new, might have a rethink on the mag option

I have looked around and there have been a few people having this issues with the mag 256 so it could be faulty.

send it back mate, it may be part of a faulty batch

Yeh I’ve factory reset and it froze loading a portal.
Blue screen loading sat on, numerous times.
Working now but it doesn’t seem right to be so unstable?

If its a new 256. Contact the supplier. Explain your issues. I would omit you reflashed 256 .
If purchased on a c/card and seller is dismissive. Get in touch. you will be covered on your c/card..

My Mag 322 wi is frozen on the Menu page...sometimes I get a small white box and if I press any key , it puts random numbers in..anyone any ideas?
