They had an issue on first release with audio out of sync issue but all cleared up now either box will do both easy to use 322 newer version of old 254 but 256 is a bit faster but maybe not worth the extra for most people.

This has nothing to do with the 322 has the Vod content will be from your iptv provider not the box itself basically same with any iptv box you use with your provider would have the same amount of Vod content in it.
