Mag 256 slight issues

So ive upgraded from openbox to iptv and am impressed with the general menu system etc etc but I'm having a few issues with it jamming then repeating itself several times over like stuck in a loop.
Also the mouth movement is not consistent with the voice a lot of the time.
Any ideas to adjust? or is t provider issues?
Broadband is putting out 50kps

I would think it's either Internet speed or server problem you need a decent download speed ie 8mgb my mag 256 has no issues at all until server gets busy during live events.
You could try changing to a lower resolution etc to see if that helps .
Settings/video/resolution,frame rate it might help .

The internet speed is good as I checked it while having issues I'm fibre so putting out about 40 mgb.
What other server issues would it be worth me talking to plusnet my provider so they can adjust?

Unless there's a software update to stop the glitches? Good old openbox was the best when it actually had every channel damn I miss those days
