My laptop VAIO VGN-TZ31wn is not detecting my webcam Help Plz

Im assuming you are using Windows Vista, If you click your start button and then type in the "start search" box device manager When device manager opens up does it,
1) have any warning signs or exlamation signs next to any of the devices listed?
2) If you click the + sign near imaging devices, does it list your webcam?
