There isn't an H2C. What is the exact model of the receiver. Upload a picture showing the model number on the casing.

H7C is a multi tuner receiver. He has mentioned different model numbers throughout the post. Picture of receiver clears everything up.

have either of you tried a different softcam? was tol only mgcam ould work
also tried without line same issu even withut line still narraor on itv only.

I suggest you read through this thread and confirm that you have the correct image for the box
the fact that you are getting it without a line or abm being used rules those out so there may be an issue with the build or your tuner setup/scanning details
maybe better to reflash and start again

yes image is correct i used from zgemma.tv before it went down then did a online install through box to get 6.3
He may be incorrect at times but he will try his best

yes, flash it to the box, then add infinity or freerange and see if it's any better
