Network setting on skybox F5

skybox f5 cannot get network setting light to turn green red all the time was working fine.
go to network app to try youtube or youporn nothing if i try another f5 box all works fine
any ideas

press active on the ethernet tab and reboot also go into setup on ethernet tab and turn on dhcp

try to active it without lan cable in and reboot see if you get green spot . if that dont work then you maybe have box/firmware fault. my next point of call then would be reflash firmware. if that still dont work then it points to the box its self

reflash firmware. if that dont work its the box kaput. you dont have a wifi dongle plugged in do you?

make sure you backup your cccam details because you will need to put them back on

can i run my original ccan.cfg i got from my provider on my computer or do i need to back it up to run again

original one will do and you will have to put channel list back on.
