new vm router wont work

i have zgemma 2s, it was working ok with talk talk. but now i have changed the provider with vm. the problem is that the router box is not activating. i plug back in to talk talk router its fine. i have had the engineer from vm and did change the spliter from the box. its ok when i use the ethernet cable on laptop its ok works wonder, its only the open box and zemma boxes not working. any help please.
 
thanks for the reply, the message comes up saying no internet connection. engineer came and said its working.
 
I dont know if websafe will have anything to do with it,try to login to your virgin account and turn websafe off.Then i would try to login to the router and have a look at the device list
 
it has the solid white line on. but ethernet cables not activating when pluged in to the box.
 
Sometimes boxes and router need powering off then on and after a few minutes run network test on zgemma
 
it was dhcp on open box . on zgemma went into network setting and it worked some how. thanks a lot.
