No signal h5.2tc

Pintpot

Newbie
looking for a bit of advice.
I have two Zgemma’s h2s and a h2h both running with no problems. Recently purchased a h5.2tc did the usual setup but not getting any signal when I check via signal finder.
I have checked the line on my h2h getting 87 and on the h2s 84. But no matter what I do with the h5.2ct no signal.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Signal finder on a sat or cable tuner box only works on the one tp that is showing at that time unless you try another channel.
Channel movement might have a signal on say bbc 1 and no signal when it moves.
Snr----------------------------------90%
Agc----------------------------------80%
Ber-----------------------------------0
On a working channel
Non working as no data 0

No signal can also mean hdmi cable not seeing a signal from box.

Sounds like its a 3 tuner box and
sat tuner A- not configured
Cable tuner B setup for virgin
C is not setup at all

Yes correct it is a three tuner box
tuner a sat tuner set as not configured
Tuner b configured virgin
Tuner c configured virgin
Tuner b and c configured exactly the same.
But no joy

on the H5.2tc, try updateing provider files in autobouquetsmaker, then run a scan
ABM setup with the correct net I’d same as tuners.
But no joy

Do both tuners need a cable feed or internally split?
Just one feed for B&C internal split

Is there anybody in the Lancashire area that could take a look at the box I would de available to take to them?
Or dose somebody have a h5.2tc running cable only that can send me a backup fron there box?

Thanks in advance

No everytime i do a scan no channels found
Is that a scan in ABM?
Does it return an error?
Or does it just not find any channels?
It's quite odd that it wouldn't find a single channel if it hasn't returned an error. Where abouts in Lancashire are you?

I have tried Tuner c not configured no joy.
i have also tried Tuner b not configured with tuner c configured no joy.
This is driving me mad
I'll send you a link to your inbox for my backup of the H3.2TC (I'm going to assume it'll work for your box. Maybe someone can confirm before you go ahead and flash). I'm in Manchester, so maybe just edit the region in ABM / Providers and then try to run the scan again..
