No signal on h2s satellite

h2s box not shown satellite signal ,tried tried 3 satellite points and i know this are working plug in 2 other boxes work fine , updated box to wb infinty for friend but unable to scan as no signal shown HELP before i tear my hair out

Is there enough copper cable out of end of connectors you are putting lnb in tuner a and tuner b

Could be a faulty tuner on box your trying

Is he wanting it for sly or iptv have you tried swapping cables over is it since you've put infinity on if so try a different image to see if makes a difference but doubt it

baz iam not sure if the signal was working when he gave to me , i just put wb on it think i put iptv on it that should work

You can have infinity where its just iptv on the box like I have on my h2s and don't have the sly channels showing just my iptv
