My virgin cables are active and my sky cables are also active. However, when I install everything I can see the usual bbc and freeview channels on sky but the virgin media won't show any channel but shows virgin previews. I have not purchased a dual line yet but surely I should see still freeview channels via the cable tuner. Any idea where I am going wrong?
