Open box some channels scrambled

Hi all

Please help, I am having an issue with some of my premium channels being scrambled sky movies, entertainment and a few other but sky sports 1 and 2 seem to work ok. I have updated my channel list but still no joy

Any ideas?

Did you get your line from a well known auction site or facebook?

You need to update your channel list or you can update the firmware so you can update them via network settings
