Openbox V8s on Wifi not Ethernet

Done all of this and it's still showing channels as scrambled! I really don't know what I'm doing wrong. The WiFi signal is strong, the WiFi dongle is showing as connected and working perfectly. The line is showing as online, can get the FTA channels no problem but not the paid ones?

Do I need to change anything in network local setting. Should DHCP be on or off?

so we've established that the V8s works on Ethernet but not wifi. Can you use your phone to tether to try another isp?
 
There's an option of homeplugs that's been mentioned. But that means laying out £25 or so. A cheaper option could be a plug in wifi booster that has an Ethernet port. They're about £8 off eBay. Plug it in by your box, link it to home wifi and connect Ethernet. Change box settings from wifi to Ethernet.

I've used these on openboxes without issue.
