Openbox volume issue

Hi all. Really hope someone can help solve this head scratcher.

My aunt has an openbox v8. There is no volume on the satellite channels but volume is available in bbc1 etc. It's a real melon scratcher.

Anyone got any ideas?.

I had a similar issue and all i did was reboot box (didnt help), updated to the latest channel listings then rebooted box and hey prestoe it came back.....Not too sure if this will help but worth a try

Open the MP [on remote] go to audio and it should allow you to reset.
