Os/software for a PC?

I have an intel NUC i have used in the past with an IR receiver built in (used with xbox 360 remote) and want to use it for iptv etc

Currently i have windows 10 installed, but are there any OS options or whatever that would be more suitable for just using it as an IPTV and plex box?

I would rather try and get this used if i can rather than buying something new if possible! Happy to completely wipe OS, dont have to use windows.

I have an nuc and use to run libreelec on it. Which is basically just kodi so once you install your nuc boots up into kodi. You can get plex add-on and use simple iptv for iptv.
