Padlock next to sports and movies

i have a edision box that is displaying a padlock next to the sports and movies on a box and its doing my head in trying to work out how to get them off lol

i have tried new line on it and still doing it so gotta be something simple as my other box is the same box and working perfect so guessing someone has pressed something on it

im using openvix software on them

It's part of the skin. It just means the channel you're watching is encrypted.

If you find anything in a menu that says "show crypto icons", make sure it is set to off or none

Menu-Set up-System-Channel selection settings-Show crypto icons-None

all the main channels are working just the sports and movies have padlocks on the screen , going to try reflash later using my settings on my box

the padlock icon is just to let you know you are on a subscription channel, it has no impact on viewing, IF you cant clear these channels then its because your gift/code is not working, no need to reflash just enter your code again & restart the cam
