Hi Chaps i've just bought the above box and after my mates lads messed with it (i'm useless tech wise) he got it going everything was fine had all the VM channels running YESSSS
Came in from boozer and only fta are running and thats the status of the box at the moment,all the other channels have a padlock sign on them any help please brand new to this had a phoenix a850 but ive shevled it many thanks for any help ,never bought 1 of those gift things but ive heard there are so scamers out there thus asking on here first CHEERS
 
Off ebay £89 open ready to go to lad ages to get going ive not got a line???????????????? whatever that is and don't know how to imput unless its through remote im shite with computers 55 years old so work that out lol thanks for any help
 
cable box would need a line to work,i would be checking if box is connected to internet flashing green at rear,menu-system-network then do a network test if all green its working ,maybe stop/start your cam again.
