According to police, they are looking for 22-year-old Tineesha Lashun Howard, also known as Yenesis Alfonzo, of Miami, Florida. She was inside the black Range Rover at the time shots were fired, police said.

Police describe Howard as a Cuban female, 5-foot-8 and weighing 120 pounds. She has green eyes and dark hair. Her criminal history includes arrests for soliciting prostitution, trespassing, possession of a stolen vehicle and grand larceny trick roll, police said.

In Miami, she is listed as a missing and possibly endangered individual.

Police released pictures of Howard with shooting suspect 26-year-old Ammar Harris. According to police, Harris fired shots from his black Range Rover into a Maserati, killing the driver, Kenny Cherry Jr., and injuring the passenger.

The Maserati then raced through the intersection and hit a taxi that exploded into flames killing the driver, Michael Boldon of Las Vegas, and his passenger, Sandra Sutton-Wasmund of Maple Valley, Wash.

Anyone with information about Howard or Harris is asked to call Metro's Homicide Section at (702) 828-3521, or to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 385-5555.
