Problem with box or server?

My skybox f5s was working fine until last week when the pay channels suddenly stopped working. I checked all connections (as i use homeplugs) then checked the line status, which was changing between offline and login. I changed the dchp from on to off and back again, restarted the box and this worked. Then last night the pay channels again weren't working, so i went through the same process but this time the line is showing as offline and not changing between it and login.

Anyone any ideas? Is it a problem at server end or should i be looking at getting a new box?
 
Sounds like your server is down, it may be some technical glitch
or maintenance / upgrading, it may just come back on.

I wouldn't worry to much if it has only just happened, if it isn't back
in a day or two then you may need to start looking elsewhere.

Check with your server.
