Nothing wrong with the Virmin line as I have just tried a pukka vermin box and it runs ok.

reboot the box, at the socket, when it powers back on, run a scan in autobouquetsmaker and see if it pulls in 400 video and 37 radio (approx)

I wouldn't flash again with ipleb image I would use a supported build off forum members on here if you was to reflash it

Yep ...had this box 3 years and never had this problem...reflashed it a couple of times..

you'll need to reflash the box, try wooshbuild infinity from Downloads section at the top of this page

more than likely to be ABM, tuners do fail occasionally but it's very rare.

Well ......Whooshbuild infinety was so easy to set up. Took about 45 mins with very clear simple instructions....
All channels have been found but it still wont accept my line and clear the channels...
Any ideas again please?

Try getting intouch with your provider could be a problem at his end if still not clearing
